Starting over!!

So I measured the squares I've made thus far and realised I'd underestimated on the size! How embarrassing! The host getting it wrong! Oh well, we all learn from our mistakes don't we??

At the moment I'm playing catch up. Feeling ok with that as I love making grannies!

I've gone from doing three rounds without doing a chain between the clusters to doing four rounds and popping that chain stitch back in! My border is staying the same.

Oh and I don't know if you noticed but my first block starts with two circle rounds. I'm going to do this on the 1st of each month as I like the idea that I can see where the month starts. I didn't want to complicate the blanket or have squares that draw your eye more so than the others.

How are your projects going lovelies??? Would love to hear from you!

  3. Hi, it's lovely to see you with a blog. Where you're new to this, I am new to IG. I didn't really know what IG was till I took part in the Mood Blanket, so it's a new venture for both of us. I love this whole thing where so many people have come together. What an amazing idea you had :)
    Take care

  4. I'm trying to figure out what special thing I can do for my month beginnings. I like your idea. Subtle but nice. I was really worried about the size if my blocks. I just did 3 rounds and will have 19x19 w a few rounds w border. I'm hoping this will turn out to be a nice couch sized blanket.

Again- love the idea of this blanket.
